General description

Seamless stainless steel chamber for easy cleaning and safe containment of spills. Rapid heating and recovery. Thermal fuse is separate from the temperature controller which protects against thermal runaway. Microprocessor control has two digital displays; setpoint and oven temperature. Interchangeable carousels for versatility. Belt clutch protects motor and bottles if anything interferes with rotation.
